Great communication, gave a first draft very quickly and was willing to listen to our suggestion for changes, and did several new suggestions that were closer to what we wanted. In our case we felt in the end that the logos weren't completely in our taste, taste is so very subjective, so we decided not to go all the way with the logos. But I'm sure that there are other people that the logos work very well for.
